Probably any 1/10 air filter that is the same size will work. Just make sure to buy some more air filter oil if you get a new one.

Just buy another. It's not a sponge, its a filter. Cheaping out on it, will lead to an expensive problem.

You should go out n get a regular kitchen sponge and cut it out to fit. Let us know how much better it breaths before the you blow the rod out. N u don't need and filter oil, just get it all soapy n then let it dry before you put it on should work great!

I buy a new pack of filters and oil them myself, then store them in a sealed plastic bag. I find this the quickest and easiest way. I replace the air filter on all my engines after each day of racing. The filters are nothing compared to the 400-500$ u can spend on good quality engines, so it makes sense to look after them
