Doubt it. Pretty sure TecnoPower had them beat because of their relationship and production with Tecnomeccanica...which probably had more ability and access to advanced equipment than O.S. and Nova.

How'd they end up?

One of the best engine guys with Rody Roem, and best production available, went kaput because of no team drivers to launch their name into the mainstream.

The biggest thing going for FX is the Hudy name has been around a while and has the brand identity there. People generally associate it as a quality brand and there is strong desirability.

Yeah, but I don't think they are going to throw in the towel right off the bat if their first series of engines isn't a big money maker - they've learned from other's mistakes and expectations with severely limited market absorbtion.

Like I've said, they've done their homework, and are playing the game straight. They are in it for the long-haul - not to just out to make money right off the bat in the first month of manufacturing engines.

For the guys already running these engines, which of the 2 pipes are you running?
The 2100 or the 2108?
And the short, medium or long header?
Ive got them all coming, just wondering where to start from

Over the last 7 months I have tryed a lot of pipes from OS to Nova and then some, Some worked for me but the 2100 just does every thing... In the wider 13 spec car i changed to the OS style header on the 2100 pipe and was quiet impressed... Just gave me every thing i was after in buggy... In truggy i am wanting to try the 2108 with nova Long header which i think will be a great combo....

2100 and medium header. Havent had time to test anything else, but I need to find a pipe with less bottom end power. Too much power for my skills...

USA racers! Our order of FX engines shipped yesterday and should be to our shop by Friday! We pre-sold some but have a couple more available from our first order. PM me if you want one because they won't last long.

Got the first few tanks through one of my FX Engines tonight. It started up easier than any motor I can remember running in. Held temp really well and idled perfect. I'm very impressed so far. Still have a long way to go before I get it on track. But the initial impression was very good

Default Extra bearing

I thought they said it would include an extra front bearing in the box.

My attempts to open up the engine and take pictures of the internals was an epic fail. The Button is stuck in the sleeve and the entire thing pulled out in 1 piece and I cannot pull it apart by hand. The Con Rod is very well oiled and it is creating a suction vacuum with the crank pin and I cannot pull that off by hand either. I am not willing to risk damaging the engine using any type of tools so you will have to wait for a racer or someone else to tear it down and post pictures. Sorry Guys

No extra Bearing Mad Dog
