Default BuKu Performance Products CRANK CASE CAPS

Our crank case caps are now available

•Increase overall engine life.
•Substantial increase in front bearing life.
•Reduce front bearing and engine maintenance.
•Remarkably increase tuning window.
•Eliminate random flame outs.
•Stabilize idle and tune.

The best comparison I can make is not using this is like running and air filter
but not oiling it. I run in extremely dry dusty conditions. Regardless of my air filter maintenance I continued to have scuffing on my cranks around the crank window. But had no signs of dirt in my air filter boot ,the inner filter nor on the restrictor. This scuffing has been coming from dirt getting in from the front bearing. One of the engines I did cap testing on has a front bearing that would not be considered BAD...it functions just fine... but after 4 tanks of fuel (brand new bearing)I could already stall my motor with the break cleaner test. At 2 tanks it was perfect no vacuum leak. the 3rd tank the motor started to stumble and the 4th tank I could stall it. That same engine with the cap pulls no vacuum from the front bearing. You can read more about the caps on the web page... I will be postings picks up as well shorty.

Here are a couple pics. The bearing with all the dirt was a new p5 after one race day. This was from last season. The next two pics are also from 1 race day at the same track one year later...last weekend. Last season at this race I Lost two brand new Nova engines and the guy racing with me also lost a new WERKS b5. #3 dead engines in one day. When i pulled them down they were full of dirt. NOT GOOD for the pocket book not the enjoyment factor!!

Wow good idea, This could actually help engine life in a big way. Is there any problems you can have covering the bearing? Cause if my thinking is right the front bearing does allow extra oil and fuel in the case to come out threw the front. Flip side tho is these little engines suck dirt in threw the front bearing which this product eliminates the chance of dirt going in.

It cant possibly be a complete liquid tight seal or the crank would not spin. I think the excess fluids would still have a place to drain. This looks like another winning product from BUKU. cant wait to get some in the shop
