Tuning
I am going to start getting into nitro, and was just wondering how long it usually takes to tune everyday when you grab your car, fuel up and start driving. Ten minutes? Five minutes? or just a couple quick adjustments after break in?

If you know how to tune.. usually 10 min or a tank of fuel
If you dont know how to tune.. usually end up making it worse than before, you will find yourself walking around the pits to find the "Tuning God" then another 10 min until he teaches you how to get it right. Welcome to nitro and please be patient with it... Its a blast! |

Im going to break in my new nitro rc car today. Can I do the break in, then tune it on another tank of fuel? Once I do this, can I begin running it tank after tank?; like will I be all ready. I know once the weather changes and next day I use it I would have to retune
|
Yes, you can

When I am done breaking in and ready to tune, can I reset me needles to factory settings and tune from there? Or do I just leave them alone and tune them from where they are now. The engine stalls sometimes, but I think that is because I accidentally let it completely run out of fuel. This probably made it run rich, so Just to clear everything, should I just reset it to factory settings?

You are using 3 topics today to ask your questions about the same issue, for us it is a bit confusing and I think it must be for you too? Choose one topic to go on and leave all others alone.
