Default Best all around fuel 25% or 30%

Just wondering what everybody thought. Whats the best fuel to buy as far as % 25 or 30. The closest Hobby parts is HobbyTown USA. So when I make the trip I want to make it count. I haven't raced any yet, So something good for buggy and MT and Truggy .21 and .28 engines. I mainly run on a track I built behind my house. Advice and input much appreciated.

There are very few bad fuels out there. If your local hs has Byrons, Sidewinder, or Dynamite Blue Thunder they would be my top picks. I personally use Blue Thunder, it is made by Sidewinder. For what you are using it for I would use something with around 12% oil.

Byrons, Werks, and VP are good.

Heli fuel works ok. It won't hurt your engine if that's what you're concerned about. It has tons of oil in it, so the protection is there, but the performance for racing isn't.

Cool power heli fuel if I remember is 30% nitro and 18% oil. It wont hurt but as mentioned you wont get the performance. If you run it and tune to it and then switch to somthing like Byrons 25/11 blend you will be very lean so a retune will be in order. I would recommend Byrons race 25% which is the 25/11 I mentioned. I run 30/9 for racing with an ounce of extra castor added. Just my preferance.

I'm going in to town Saturday to pick some Byrons. The Hobby shop only carries 30% will the 30% be alright or should I try to order 25% online. Thanks again for the input.

Byrons Race is nice fuel :-) i wouldnt run your land vehicle on heli fuel, way too much oil.

1 US quart = 946.352946 cc

Buggy tank = 125 cc

Truggy tank = 150 cc

-----------------
With a quart:
~7.5 tanks on buggy
~6 tanks on truggy

-----------------

With a gallon of fuel:
~25 tanks on buggy
~30 tanks on truggy
