The Cen 7.7 (.5ci) for the Genesis is I believe the largest true car engine, though it uses a chassis specific mount (I believe). The Thunder Tiger EK4 S2 came with a .70ci Heli motor.

The team associated MGT 8.0 has an 8cc nitro engine, that's the biggest for cars and trucks that I'm aware of.
