hello guys I am one of the 50% team guys and I need to start posting my results on here. so to start off I have been running the maxy engines since last year winter or 2 yrs ago something like that. I have had great success with the cinco motors on my buggy and truggy. the one on my truggy is about 2 yrs. old and is still kicking. been a great motor but does not have the power to pull a truggy around no more. I put a new one on my buggy and man it is a beast with the 6.0 carb restrictor in it and factory needle settings on it. I get well over 10 min easy with the 9901 pipe. I do want a cuatro since I had one on the car that had gotten stolen but I can live with the cinco power and speed. I went racing this week at Dalton rc raceway and in the quals my car was horrible. but when the main came I turned my fastest laps out there (for me that is) and walked the leader down to get the lead. when I came into pit I did a stupid thing and reved the motor up trying to get the pit man to hurry and not thinking of air getting into the line. so of course I flamed out. but I did work my way back to 3rd. the motor is a beast on my 3.0 buggy. cant wait to get a new one on the truggy and get ready for the few big races we have left here in tenn. and ga. thanks Mr. Maxy for a great motor.

I heard the same thing last week. that he has closed up shop. and is Driving a Taxi now around Miami ... Not sure how accurate that is.

I couldn't even imagine trying to do it, and be able to set myself apart from the other brands. When Nova's were $400, I'm sure it was a bit easier, but now with the "premier" nova's being so cheap, it must be really difficult.

Does anyone know what piston and sleeve the Maxy Siete uses? The Piston in my siete just broke.

I'm hopping they are Novarossi parts.
