Default .21 engines hard to find within a certain price? weird

Like 2 days ago amainhobbies had a go engine turbo plug engine for like 139$ i didn't have time to order it and now it's erased from their sites.... and when you type go engine theres only 1 left......

I have searched on many major websites , ebay , tower hobbies , amain , horizon hobby ,

it seems like people are keeping only 250$ price range engines , and .21's are hard to find now

did they pull the plug on nitro? or it's just me

21s are as easy as ever to find. E-mail and find out why they are not carrying the GO.
The Werks B2 is a great engine for @ $150

They are still carrying GO Engines, the low price sale was to move old stock (2 needle carb) bought from the GO USA distributer.

New 3 needle carb versions on their way.

+3 on that Werks B2, mine is in my X3 Sabre and just hate to take it out. I need another one just in case, Nitrohouse also sells the B2. My way of thinking for the Werks engines has change and will look into a B6, aren't those at the 2bill mark. Great price tag.

Alpha F850 is $199, awesome motor. Alpha had a sport version that was really good, if there was some interest I am sure Triton would get some in the states.

Was looking at the older nova rossi +4 which is on sale, but that B2 looks nice. Which pipe works best with a B2 in a truggy? Would you throw some ceramic bearings in right away or will the stockers last a while?

I would run the stock bearings for a while in Werks. I've have worked on some that professionals installed and have seen them installed improperly and didn't last long.

I replaced a rear bearing once and it did not last long. I would be careful dealing with the rear bearing if you plan on doing it yourself. I trust Monty of Houston's engine Service to pimp my bearings. after that I never need to worry about them again for the life of my engine. Nova bearings are really good quality, and he replaces the steel balls with ceramic balls, and uses the factory nova races. It really saves me money on ceramics.

I recommend a p5xlt with ceramic ball replacement at the very least if you plan on racing.

Do not waste money on ceramics. The improvement is that much noticeable.

if you are trying to find a .21 engine under say 125$ you should look at the SH engines , they are pretty darn cheap , if you are looking at the 200$-250$ price range there are a million engines , italian and taiwan for the most part but a few japan made engines in there as well , 250$-300$ is probably best engine for the buck price range IMO

hope this helps
