Default What pipe for an older OS Speed VSpec

Instead of spending a lot of time searching these threads (as doing a regular search lead me no where) I'll ask this as I'm sure at some point it was probably asked before. Picking up a first version OS Speed VSpec motor and was wondering what pipes you guys run with that. Right now I have a Jammin JP1 and JP2, but am open to other options. Thanks guys.

The O.S. 2060 is generally regarded as the best pipe for that motor.

OS 2050 or 2060 is the only way to go IMO. I usually run the 2050 as its a little more aggressive on the low end and provides better fuel mileage than the 2060. I use the 2060 for a little smoother power delivery and when I'm looking for more on the top end.

2050 for better mileage???
I always got much better mileage with the 2060 and in a buggy the 2060 is the best pipe in a truggy wither pipe is good but the best of both worlds in a truck is the 2060 with a Mugen L type header or 2050 header great combo.

The 2060 will give you the best run times, but the best one
for all around power and run times is the 2041. Reckward and
E.B. Mods offer these pipes, with just a slight difference in the
headers.

and not tried but heard the 35 buck ae2035 is suppose to do wonders dor the motor

I used to run a jp-3 on a vz vspec. It was really powerful and very fast, however the run times suffered a lot.

No it's not. SH pipe is EFRA # 2060. OS "2060" pipe is EFRA #2042.

If I didn't care about run time, I am 100% in the JP-3 fan club for VZ's. I'll be darn if you couldn't have a sloppier tune because they liked fatter needles too.

I have run the vspec in a buggy and a truggy. In the buggy the 2060 gave good allover performance with good run times. In a truggy I tried the 2060, 2050 and the 2035 Reedy. The 2035 gives it a better bottom without killing the top and gave me similar or better run times than the other 2 pipes.
