i have a O.S engine and there are two head screws that got stripped out and im wondering if any one knows how to get the screws out.

I was working on a motor for someone a few years ago that had used the wrong size hex (3/16 instead of 2.5mm) and I eneded up mounting the motor on my drill press and drilling the the head of the screw off. once the head is removed you can use pliers to get eh screw out. Just make sure you cover the carb (air and fuel) intake as well as the exhaust so you don't get metal shavings inside the engine.

Get yourself the appropriate size left handed drill bit and screw extractor. Drill it just enough for the screw extractor to grab onto and many times the reverse drill bit will loosen up the screw enough that you can get it out. If not the screw extractor will almost definitely get it out.
