The Arrow P/S is good, but I agree you'd be better off keeping your 5-port sleeve and getting it resized by Ray. That way you can spend the money you saved on an OS brand rod too. You can use the Arrow wrist pin clips (these are G-clips instead of C-clips) and new wrist pin... under $10 for piece of mind.

ZZ.21c and XZ-B Speed are same engine, minus the name/color. Same bore, stroke, timing, etc. Identical internals.

Only difference is the LRP has a fully machined head.

That's what the advertising says. The Speed has a rear ceramic. Standard XZB does not.

•Race-Winning Power Characteristics: A tried and true 3-port sleeve design (3 bypass ports, 1 exhaust), provides smooth, crisp acceleration. This has been achieved through a combination of a specially designed "SPEED" inner head and sleeve porting. Fuel mileage has been improved by 8%*
•Outer Head: The low-gravity, black-anodized outer head features laser engraving and has been heavily machined for improved cooling and extra weight reduction. The overall height is 9mm shorter than the previous model, providing a lower center of gravity and a greater level of stability.
•Carburetor: A newly designed 21J2(B) carburetor includes 6, 6.5, and 7mm aluminum venturi's. Even the smallest 6mm venturi doesn’t affect its easy tuning characteristics.
•Ceramic Ball Bearing: The black anodized crankcase adds a ceramic ball bearing in the rear to reduce rolling resistance.
•Crankshaft: The crank intake passage is silicone ramped for a better fuel mixture flow. A tungsten insert is pressed in the counterweight to optimize inertia mass. DLC coating is applied to minimize frictional loss as well as improve durability and lifespan.

It's called ZZ.21c[eramic] because the main rear bearing is ceramic. That's it.

Don't tune to a specific temperature. Tune for performance, sound, and smoke trail. You can have a motor way out of tune and it running it what would be the normal temperature range, seen it and done it in my early days.

I know the ninjas B01 and B02 are OS based and the Hara spec engine is based on the speed. What other engines are made for other brands by OS and what do they based on.
The Hara engine isn't that diffrent it only had a diffrent colling head design and decals
