Default in need of some help

I'm new to running nitro buggys an I'm having problems. When I start my buggy on the starter box the wheels start turning an it sounds like the gear on the clutch bell an the center diff are making a lot of noise, almost a chattering sound. As soon as I sit it in the ground it just stalls out. It has new clutches an springs, If I sit it on the ground an try to push it when its not running the wheels just lock up. When I take the motor out everything rolls smoothly. Is something wrong with the clutch? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like either one of your clutch bearings are blown out or you have a broken clutch spring.

I looked at the springs an bearings an they are good. Is it supposed to roll with the motor in it or is it supposed to lock the wheels up.

Sounds like a clutching issue, either springs, bearings, or maybe the clutch bell isn't shimmed and it could be hitting the shoes on the side. Are you sure the springs are on correctly?
The buggy is suppose to roll freely with or without the engine in.

Do you mean the spur gear? That's not your problem unless it was way to tight causing the clutch bell to become angled. And you can move the engine with the 4 bolts underneath connecting to the engine mount to the chassis. make sure you re-loctite the bolts. There needs to be a small of play between the spur and pinion.

As suggested show us a picture, and maybe a video of your main problem.

Sorry yeah I ment the spur gear. I'll try an get pics up soon. Like I said I moved the motor mounts an got the gear mesh correct but I think I still have a clutch issue. Every time I put it on the ground it stalled. Than I tryed to just roll it again an the wheels locked up again. If I loosen the glow plug it would roll but not with it tightened.

Ya that's an obvious clutch problem. Check the springs again, try pulling out like they would if they were engaging. Make sure there are no broken clutch springs, and they have plenty of tension. Also make sure the cltuch bell spins freely, and the bearings aren't locked up. You removing the glow plug lowers the engines compression, so it turns over easier.

Ok so the springs an clutch are fine it was the bolt that holds the clutch housing on was to tight. The clutch bell wasn't spinning free. So I loosened it a little so it could spin free, took it for a run an ran great until the bolt tightened itself an it stalled. So this time I put loctite on it an hopefully that solves the issue. Is there any other way to stop that screw from tightening itself like that

It should be tight in the first place and still spin freely. You have a shimming issue...

So would I need to add shims to the inside or between the screw an the outer bearing
