Default Newb engine bearing help?

Hi I am rebuilding my first nitro motor. It a VX .18 and the front and rear bearings are shielded 10x19x5mm. The direct replacement bearings are only available from overseas and cost more than the motor is worth.
Question is, will any shielded radial bearing work or is there a specific rating or type for nitro motors?
I just bought 2 6800ZZ from rc bearings.com, will those work?
Thanks

If it came with shielded those should be OK. There are different tolerances but for an engine like that I doubt they spec'd something special.

Yeah it's just a cheapo motor.
I always thought the front bearing would be sealed to avoid air leaks but this appears to be shielded as I can see some daylight through it. Is it common for low end motors to have shielded instead of sealed bearings?

Normally they are sealed...one seal outside. On Road engines...for years...had no front seals. Not a common practice today.

Thanks for your help
