Default Glow Plugs

Help a buddy rookie out here.

What are the differences between cold, medium, hot, ultra hot etc...??

Basically it refers to how hot they are when running.. A hot plug is hotter when the engine is running so it is better in colder climates. It also relates to other factors, but for basics that will do.

The description is not relative to other brands though. An O.S hot maybe be an other brand's medium. So you can't think I have a brand XXX "superhot" and want to go colder so I'll use a Brand YYY "hot".... no, you will need to try the Brand XXX "hot"

You really do not have to worry about it much until you are really tuning for performance - use the recommended plug and 25% nitro unless you are in a very hot or cold climate. Even then you will only change one step colder or hotter
