Default Wet head shims

What would cause the head shims to be slightly wet? The head is not loose.

Re-using shims numerous times can cause them to not seal well even with the heat sink tightened.

You can look at the shims and sometimes where it may be leaking. I also put oil on the threads of the head screws, you can get them tighter without seizing.
