Default Mach .28 for Hyper 7 idling problem

So I just bought a hyper 7 and I broke it in exactly the way the instructions told me to. I could not get it started at first. The only way I can start it is if I apply a small amount of throttle. Than it idles the car doesnt move. But as soon as I let go of the throttle the car dies. I ran 2 tanks threw it idling and now im just trying to tune the car and trying to get it to idle without me holding down the throttle. Any ideas? I tried increased the idle screw but that really didnt do anything.

Well I figured out the idling problem and got the car to idle, broke it in the rest of the way, leaned our the engine and it runs great. Theres still a lot of smoke coming out of the engine. But I had the heat gun on it and it said it was at like 200-220 F. It's like 70-80 degrees were I am also. Should I keep leaning it out if its still producing a lot of blue smoke? I dont want to run it to hot...
