Re10 a bottom end pipe ?

Default Re10 a bottom end pipe ?

On a-main it says the re10 is a bottom end pipe and re11 is mid to top end but i was told it was the other way around . Anyone know ?

+1 I have both pipes and the re10 is much stronger on the low end compared to the re11. However, I get much better run times with the re11 over the re10.
