Default GIMAR JP MIG 21 DIRT

Anybody has experience with these?

JP racing teamed up with GIMAR (Italy) to bring out these MIG series.
Onroad .21 and .12, GT (rally) .21 and offroad .21

Novarossi based and tuned by JP racing:

Piston and sleeve (with exhaust boosters)

Double balanced crank with putty. Looks like there is some coating?

Nova carb

Seems there is a new more economical priced Mig .21 offroad aswell called "Raptor"

I just picked up one of the Raptors, I'm hoping it runs and last like my old JP B5 stocker. I'll post up after I give it a go.

the p5xlt engines are easily on par with these now , not like the days of ol' where the jp version was way better and worth the extra cash .

i really dig the dlc though

Pics of 1st engine looks like the crank that was in the 367, plus 21-5, 21-7. With the addition of slugs. But the block looks like the 421b/P5(S21?). 5 port with tri exhaust would have to be sweet. These and Max Power should be good engines. Where did Gimar come from? Never heard of them.

They have been around for a year or so now. Basically when JP shut down, someone with money hired him to start back up doing motors for him.

The .21 DIRT offroad does look like an interesting engine:
Nova based, DLC coated and double balanced filled crank, 5 port with tri exhaust: the works basicly

one of the serpent drivers was running a mig 21 dirt this weekend at our local track and that thing is absolutely ridiculous it was incredible the amount of power that it made and i spoke with the driver and he said that he has been trying to tame it down because the engine is stupid fast
