carb switchn !! Will this work ??
 

I have a .25 HPI I want to use a XTM .28 carb on it. Will this work ?? The bore is the same and fits fine. And with all Ive read the needle ajustments are the same.

if it fits it will work 95% of the time, tune may be different and it could possibly make it better.... i know when i put an OS carb on my Trinity Extech and it made the engine come alive then.

yep, just stock needles will be differnt.

thank you for the fast replies Its been a couple years since the last time i was online do to the lack of a comp. Im going to try it out 2moro. I just traded my yamaha 200 blaster for 2 8th scale cars. Got a OFNA MBX buggy with a HPI .25 and a HYPER ST with a LRP .30 tec truggy real fast though i wish it had a 2nd gear
