PICCO carbs
 
Just interested to know if the latest generation picco carbs still leak and suck air.... and is there a picco carb with the idle screw on the top.

Im not sure if the new ones leak or not, but I had a couple of leaks so i just seal them as soon as I get them.

sportwerks carbs fit and work great if you can get one.... also there is a super easy fix for them which i did to my JPX (picco based) and others do to their orion engine... where the composite part and aluminum (by the high speed needle) meet, run a bead of JB weld around it let dry for 2-3 days and it will solve that problem. i have been running it that way with no issues for 8+ gallons.

Send a pm to Neal(maximo). He has modded piccos and jpx's for a long time. His company is Clockwork Racing Engines. If i remember right he said the latest generation of picco carbs are pretty good. They either changed to a different type of o ring or put double o rings in them. Don't take my word to the bank though since i can't remember exactly. Neal can tell you for sure.
