Recommened running temp
 
hey guys i just want to know what is a recommened running temp for a .28 go motor

Every engine is going to be different, usually rule of thumb is nothing more then 275f. I personally like mine in the 250f range, but as long as your getting white smoke while on throttle, you should be ok.

there is no SAID number...but just make sure it has a good amount of smoke through the ENTIRE powerband...and DONT run @ 300...the .28 motors run great @ or about 240-260 F ....BUT certain circumstances will prove otherwise;)

you cant say dont run at 300. I know of a guys alpha whos runs at 320 all day long, plenty of smoke,no lean bog. He isnt blowing plugs either. like you said there is no Said number

well for the GO engines they should not run OVER 300...
