Hyper .21 8 port ( 8 plus gallons)
OS V Spec ( 3 gallons )
Novarossi +4 ( 6 gallons and still going strong )
Werks B5 ( 3 tanks, still in break in stages)
Jammin JPX .21 ( 7+ gallons ) ( new one not yet broken in )
Ofna JL ( 3 gallons and ripping , but this one is Clocked )

OS SPEED V SPEC ???? or "blue" V SPEC ????

If I followed the history(thread) correctly the MG66 = Massive/GO/6th generation/6 port.
It's spoken of VERY highly in this thread. It's over 700 pages long tho.
Look for posts around the mid to late '09 time period for the start of MG66.
If I recall correctly, Trey (the U.S. GO importer) sent an MG66 to Neil for testing.

+ me too for the MG66, so smooth and its there when you want it.
And as far as run time, easy 11 to 12 min'(and thats me tuning)
Life of the engine- A team driver has been running a test on the MG66,Simply... it has not had a bearing or Rod change from day one, and has just given up the ghost at 62 Ltrs, I think thats about 13.6 Gallons

I haven't finished reading all the post here yet, but Token, If you showed up for Nats, you might have known that the New O.S. motor WAS at Nats. Sure it wasn't shown off, but it was there. It had a different head on it, but it was there. I saw it out there for atleast one qualifer

The bearings needed changing at 40 ltrs, but yes the rod lasted 62 ltrs. from brand new including run in

Weird question here and I no there's a simple answer, why do rods have copper bushings? I burnt up 2 engines because my rods had the bushings wear out and it frustrates me that I see it happens to alot of people. So why do that make that one part of the rod copper? If I had to guess it's cause it's softer and easier on the parts it rotates around but that's my guess not anything more to support it. Thanks

My guess is to absorb some of the vibrations. Copper is softer than the alum they use in these engines. Plus, I would rather spend 30 bucks for a rod than 100 bucks for a crank.
