I'm assuming you're asking for buggy. The R7E with a 2104/Short header combo is super smooth, but not lacking in power at all. Mileage is about 9-10 minutes on my home track.

Default Reds WC M3 .12

I can't get my carb loose to adjust the angle of it to fit my new Nitro Tc. I have the screw removed but it doesn't want to budge. Even tried heating it a bit with heat gun. Any advice?

I run R7 in my two buggies and a new R5T 5.0 in my truggy. I have a spare R5T 5.0 and figured I'd try it in a spare buggy. What pipe would be best for the 5.0 in a buggy?

Sure thing!
Loosen the screw only a few turns, then tap on the back of whatever tool you're using to push the other half of the wedge outward. (With the tool still in the screw of course) Then you should be able to wiggle the carb back and forth a bit and remove it.

Not going so well and just want to start over from the factory specs.
Thanks
I believe you just set the needles flush and tune from there. Just knowing that it will be way to rich, but should get you on the right path

Did some more test runs on the reds WR7 today. Ready to take it to the track now and get it dialed in for racing

Most likely Picco plugs as they make the engines and it's labeled "Italian Plug", but Reds also uses OS plugs.

It sounds a little lean to me and 240 seems a little high for just running back and forth a few times. Once on the track those temps will go much higher.

At this point the hsn was a bit lean & the lsn a bit rich. On a super hot day in Texas, it doesn't take long to heat up lol

So tell me, what runtime are you guys getting with the WR7 engines ?
What clutch setup and pipes are you using as well ?

I've just recently done the break-in on my new WR7, so it's not up to race tune just yet.
I'm curious as to what the general ball park is on runtime with the new technology on this race mill...

I've also got the Gen 2 REDS clutch, set to H position.

Lastly, what is the temps of the engine at your race tune ?
