Sorry but the internals are also made in Italy...:-)

Can you tell us a bit about the production plant? Which company is producing, and can you show us some pictures from the production (-plant)?
Very interesting that a totally new company introduces engines!

If it is GRP based, why changed the boring x stroke to 16.22 x 16.8 ?

And wil the prices of the parts be the same as GRP, just under 100 euro for a P/S set was very affordable.

I am not aware of what GRP was using for their engines before, since we had to restart from 0 we found the stroke 16.80 with a bore 16.27 a good place to start with.

For this moment the only information we have available is on our website, lateron we will try to expand this with some wider information. For now we have been spending most of our time setting up the production and development of the just released engine.

Bart_Banaan 04-14-2010 12:32 AM

I thought the development is done before the introduction

Can you elaborate about the plans?
Will you be producing car, plane, heli and boat engines? Or only car engines? what kind (onroad/offroad)?

I follow some other engine producer close by and I know the development is a long traject, so please inform what we can expect from your company...

Our company is just starting and still at the beginning so please bear with us, it will be hard to do all in the same time...

Our plans are to explore also the on-road market and eventually later also the other markets depending of the possible markets, however it is better to learn to walk before you start running.

If Roem and Rossi are involved with the works of the engine, this bad boy will be a home-run. I for one can't wait for this engine to hit the states. The time has come to give the others some serious competition :sneaky:

great to hear that TP will be using some of the internals of the GRP/Ninja MR series! Been a longtime fan of these mills and would be glad if i could get some parts for my MR21 B01A, MR21 B01T. I still have loads of parts left especially P/S sets, etc but this is really good news!
After trying many other mills, i still think the GRP's/Ninja MR's are still superior.

Hope to hear more soon!

No doubt! This has serious potential!

Hope to see the pics of their Sleeve porting! If its anything like the Magnesium Head Ninja MR series then you've got a monster of a motor!
Of Course, i would be a greedy b##tard and port larger intake and exhaust ports like i do to my motors.

Rody, would the cranks have the same Internal Diameter as the GRP Tuned or The Mag Head Ninja Tuned? Hope that it has the larger ID!

Rody if that is you posting it did not take long to come back from retirement. Good luck with your business I for one will buy what your selling. And for anyone who does not know Rody Roem and is newer to racing he is one smart engine guy.

The P/L and Crankshaft we use in the B01 are basically the same as the latest GRP buggy engines, we had a lot of tooling to do and organize here to make the first productions possible, so I wanted to play it safe and start from this base. Also these GRP engines were not that bad since they where having quite some good results at the Worlds Buggy in 2008. I have taken the occasion however to do some improvements in the way some parts are machined, especially for the crankcase and carburetor.
Cooling-head fixing dimensions have stayed unchanged.

Thanks guys, really appreciate. It took me some time though to find the right partners to manufacture, this has been my only motivation to come back in this business.
Now we need to find the right partner in the USA...

State side

Well, I have the standard GRP and I hate I couldn't get the tuned version.
So, when they come state side I will be getting one. If you need a tester in the states send me one, I will give it a good run down.
