I ran a BT4 engine with 9901 and 41021 at a race recently and it seemed to do fine. I could get 11 minutes a tank. I'm looking for more bottom end. I guess I'll try the P5 engine with 41005 and 9901

41005 is going to move the powerband a little so you'll get more pull in lower and mid range. P5 has more bottom end than the 4port to start with. 9901 is the bottom end pipe, as compared to 2096.
So that's why I think you'll get more pull with 41005 and 9901 with the p5.

Anyone looking for a Bonito in great condition, check the FS section. Local outdoor track closed, and I have no use for it.

Default Hmm

I think a p5 with a 41005 9853 would be perfect.

Is there a English translation for those of us that don't have a clue what he said?

I was given a used nova N21BF that runs but having some trouble with tunning and idling, rough starts. I took the head button off an noticed that there are no head shims. would that cause my problems? using 20% nitro

1. yes it would
2. are you sure the head shims aren't just hiding out, playing chameleon? Sometimes they get stuck on there and are hard to spot.

The most important bit he talked about was the new carb:
-The HSN is deleted and now there's a middle range needle will be used as a HSN, the usual LSN and the idle. The new carb gives more power, runtime and a better idle. Carb is very easy to tune.
-The virtus has a little more power than the 4Team and is way more aggressive.
-The virtus has a 2mm carb offset to enhance mixture flow and be a stable running engine.
Hope it helps.
