The story is that a Novarossi engineer and several workers took over the ownership and worked on a fresh restart.
The picture shown of the first milled sleeves are the same design as from Novarossi. I expect all technology is taken over and will see same looking engines. I only hope with the care for racing they do not use the cheap/weak piston materials.

Hopefully they will make the same Novarossi type glow plugs. I’m sure that alone will make a lot of people very happy and I’m sure if so they will fly off the shelves.

Yeah and they used to make a ton of Glow plugs! I do hope their focus in on racing first, then perhaps Clubsport (less aggressive motors). I would hope they do not touch any of those odd 28+ motors until years down the road, as they are a small part of the real picture!

Looking at the shape (smaller end tip) also compatible with other engines.

I do not know why the change the shape. Maybe the plugs from a diferent supplieer. I tried plugs from TCA and plugs are shorter than Novarossi CT06. in the past i tried Falcon plugs and theses plugs have the same length as from TCA. The engine is running but after the pitstop the engine died. I changed to CT 06 and engine was running and pit stops no problem.
With tTCA plugs engine is running but idle goes little up sometimes like with the Falcon plugs and therefore i do not use it. I hope these NOVA plugs will work and the smaller shape have no influence.

Does anyone have any specs or information about the off-road engine? I think a lot of people (including myself) would buy a p5 type engine if the price is right. According to their facebook posts the engines and details will be released within the next week or two so I might have to wait until then!

There is also a B3 and B5 which don’t have the DLC crank and ceramic rear bearings.

Im just in the process of breaking a B3 in, so far so good. It does have quite a tight pinch so plenty of heat needed before start up. I did have a bit of bad luck when putting on the clutch, i just started to tighten the clutch nut when i heard a crunching sound. I thought a thread had maybe let go but on inspection the crank had snapped through the the threaded section. I contacted my local dealer who sent a new crank the following day, great service, looks like i just had a faulty crank. In all of my 26 years of racing ive never seen this before. Im on tank 4 at the moment and all feels good, cant wait to see how it performs and what fuel mileage i get.
