New Ascendancy Racing Effortless Racing Clutch
I just wanted to share this with the public. I have been using this clutch for about 4 Months now and all I can say is it is the best clutch I have ever run. The web site just came online. The clutch is solid 7075 Heat Treated and Hard Coated for long life. Comes with everything you need to tune with out the extra cost. Here are some pics from the web site. It is a new company and they know what they are doing.

Hmmm... I like the concept at least. I might have to try one. And they're local! I wonder if I know them?

I think I need to see this in person... The price is comparable to what a "regular" clutch setup costs, so if it works better... great!

I like the concept, but I don't get how one part works. What holds the spring retainer on? (the little doodad that you twist to "load" the springs.) Is that held by the flywheel nut? (in other words, are you removing the flywheel nut every time you change shoes?)

Domit,
You are correct. The nut holds it on. So yes you must remove it to change the shoes but it is still much faster then messing with the springs and the spring tools.
