Monty,
Thanks but cant take credit there. All about finding a great breeding(working titled and breed surveyed german import parents) and of course a great German shepherd breeder Molly from Eichenluft Kennel. Hektor tested very well at 6+1/2 and again at 8 weeks old showing natural retrieving instincts. See bellow pic 2 weeks ago Hektor at 10 weeks old. Just like rc racing it is very important you have the right equipement to compete

Cool Laptop computer out for repairs

Mike , Ed B, Corey, Brian, and Ed M should be getting their packages today/no latter than tomorrow. Laptop computer broke down Friday so had trouble retrieving emails until yesturday switching everything over to desk top here, so emailing tracking is little late last friday+saturday return shipping. John(homeboy) arrived Saturday, spent large part yesturdsy thru this morning correcting surface finish issues (all came out extra nice ) return shipps this early afternoon now.

Thanks guys any questions feel free to call, text or EMAIL me. Blackberry on person always.

Kind regards,

Ray

ray thanks a ton for the great work on my set. i think we know who the hard headed set belonged to. looks great hopefully the scratches in the sleeve will not be an issue once breakin is finished. you really saved my piston. you are the man and great job on the pinch. hope to get it broke in today if weather will work with me.

again great job and thank you

Hey Ray,

Got the set yesterday and it looks great. Going back together today.

Just a quick question: there are some dimensions written down w/ a difference of 2.5 tenths of a thou. Is this the pinch interference fit?

Thanks,
Corey

Corey,
No, the sleeve (reformed) resized 2.5 tenths smaller than arrived measurment. I note this in event a customer asks questions about before + after servicing conditions, which is case now. The sets sealing clearance realy wasn't bad. Your JPX-21 sealing surface finish conditions were the problem. The piston + sleeve should relap in just fine during rebreakin. Thanks!!

Edward,
Yes, set #2 was set with issues, sets 1 + 3 looked great I know its a lot warmer in Mississippi than here today. Thank you!!

Any questions just shoot me an email, text or call me.

Shipping Russ + Dean before lunch break, then back at it to start on Tim's group order

Thanks Guys

Angry

Hey Ray,

Rather unfortunate incident involving a deep puddle that I couldn't see while running w/ the body off. Sucked in enough muddy water to kill the engine.

Didn't look too bad when I pulled it apart, but the re-size timeline was just moved up a bit. Coming your way today.

At least I have the first set to break in while waiting!

Thanks,
Corey

Hi Corey,
Thanks for the heads up. I'm sure it will be here to service + back in your hands out west there by next weekend then. You didn't specify "resized tightness" on the order form so I will recondition-resize a "Light-Med" tightness, that which has proven to perform (with conciderations re-breakin) best the engine model your shipping.

Any questions just give me a call.

Kind regards,

Ray
