Thumbs up

Just a quick note for Ray. I sent you my paris modded P5 piston/sleeve back in January and after good weather I finally ran it. 9 tanks later I need three fingers to roll the flywheel over. A little heat before I throw it on the bumpbox and it fires up instantly. I don't dare start it cold. I did throw the ceramic bearings in it with a brand new R7 rod and a go tech .21 coated crank and all I can say is I can't wait to let this buggy rip! We are headed over to rc excitement in MA in a few weeks to do some practice runs with the Kanai3, and then it's all or nothing ha ha!

Thanks Again!

Thanks for the update JD,
Please keep me posted as the gallons burn. I referenced your invoice, as to what type new designed fit (piston sleeve match) I put in there. The results my work as it apply s to track performance guides me always. Even with the quite a few thousand matchings under my belt I am still tweaking tolerancing slightly for what is most preferred by the racer. I got two engines like yours described. A P5 , and C6, both ready to fly this season a few months from start here in Western New York. In addition, I have 1/2 gallon easy break in on new N21R with ceramic front+rear bearings and plus 4 crank, nowhere near broken in. We'll put another 1/2 gallon easy on the track before installing the better quality R7 conrod. The P5 will remain my favorite, unless this N21R - plus 4 - minus 1 proves itself better. With your preheating engine and replacing airfilteres as needed should keep you set thru the season. Good Luck, and again please keep me posted.

In the garage now starting my evenning shift

Thanks Absolutmeyhem, " LOADS OF COMPRESSION" Thank you thank you thank you! I will expect you now see more POWER coming out of turns, next and Very soon you should see her spool up into rpm's quicker and show more POWER on straights. Power is torque x rpm.

New project that I have been working on for two years in testing now. The support you guys give me in with placed piston+sleeve set reconditioning-resizing orders keep RayAracing R+D going. Thank You in advance.
