I know Roelof will be excited to get his hands on one and put it through the break-in machine.

Nice with the DLC, hopefully this will become a trend, heck Xact's 5 port got the DLC treatment.

Super excited though

A Picco is less exciting for the oil bath break in bench due the low pinch most Picco engines have.

It is interesting to see they have no large headbutton with fins anymore. It seems like that was the cause of fast worn P/S sets, the better cooling on the sleeve keeps the sleeve a tiny bit colle so smaller.

The reasson Piccos wear "fast" is that people runs them to lean. They expect them to run the same as other engines, but they don`t.

I have a REDS DLC coated crank, i had it DLCèd myself. There is no perfrmance or runtime difference between an standard an DLC coated cranck.

Picco is only doing this for "looks" and longewity

+1, their inventory upkeep is horrendous, and it seems inventory keeps crazy prices, and i guess now more expensive?
