Default OS Speed 2103 R or S for buggy?

Which one of theses engines are most running in buggy? What are the team drivers running?

Neither.

2103s are for on-road.

You might want to look at the B2102 or the 21XZB Spec III. Or even the B21AD "Adam Drake" Edition.

All engines the teams are using in nitro buggy/truggy.

One driver at our local track (Germany) has the Type S 3 port. It is actually very good on mileage and really easy to hold a tune. Sofar he has had no issues. He is running the Mielke 2200-C. Pipe. I find him comperable to my Speed Spec III.

I’m thinking of getting one of these two engines. What’s the difference regarding performance?

I found that shortly after posting this, thanks. Iím learning just how different nitro engines can be. It seems you just have to try several before you really find what youíre looking for. Thanks for the help, best of luck with your racing!

Iím still not seeing the difference between the R and the S, other than the cooling head. Can anyone be more specific? I guess Iím just looking at what is currently considered the better O.S. right now for buggy??
