LRP 32 5 .5 turns out and still overheating
I am trying to break in new LRP 32 factory said 5.5 turns out which it will not even start at that setting so I lean it down to get it started then turn it out to 5 and a half turns and its running 275 and wa wa waing saying it is to lean what gives

make sure low speed needle is set to 3 turns out or as the manual calls it the mid needle.. also I would start by taking both low and high speed needles out of the carb and make sure there is nothing blocking either.. rest to factory settings and try again..

You have the backpressure line connected?
you are sure the tank cap is air tight?
Heat can also come from friction. If you stop the engine and directly feel the flywheel at BDC, does the crankshaft spins freely?

there could be air leak to so you may want to seal your motor just to be sure in case you didnt do it already

Have you watched any break-in videos what stage is are you at in the break-in?
Adam Drake has some the break-in Bible on here ..
did you try starting it or did you turn the needles first and then try starting it ?
what I do is heat the block with a head heater or heat gun to at least 220 first fired it up... how r u getting 275 in steps and how long r u running?
What type of temp gun r u using?
