Lrp ZR.28 Spec 4 or Sh PT28XM1-P8 .28

I'm thinking about buying a budget engine, one of the two listed in the title.
I have truggy team associated rc8t, amateur ride, mainly bashing, sometimes ride on the track. What do you think ? or maybe some other engine is better than those given ? Maybe 0.21 it's better choice ?

The Nova 28-8 is only $10 more than that SH engine on Novarossi Direct.

Both engines the OP posted about are literally the same engine. The Nova Legend 28-8 is a better engine for essentially the same money. +1 Cardiak.

The.28 and up engines are cool and have lots of power. I would recommend against putting one in an RC8T. I put an LRP .30x in my RC8T and it would eat the spider gears in the rear diff in no time. Not to mention snapped driveshafts and melted clutch shoes. It got to the point where the truck was no fun because I was fixing the driveline all the time. I ended up putting a .21 back in the truck and it became much more reliable and fun to drive. If you wanna run big power Nitro engines the Tekno truggy is a much better choice. The spider gears in the Tekno diffs handle the power much better and so does the driveshafts. You still gotta be careful with the clutch. I've found the BuKu clutch with the bonded composite shoes to be the best.

Thanks for info. I thought a lot, read, but as you write, the best choice will be in this range of nova legend. Now i have an alpha a852 0.21, but sometimes I miss some power in truggy on this engine.
