The tamiya mini comes in several forms, RTR and in kit form the tamiya 57742 rtr kit is only 184.95, just add battery and race!

We ran the mini clas for the first time yesterday, Man they are great fun! very close in speed. A stock outa the box rtr kit took the win and a mo3L wuth bearings took the tq! They are fun to watch and strong no broken parts!!

I am Mini powered too. It took a bit to make Ivan's Tekin speedo work, but it's up and running.

Dan I will have a spare 1/12 scale for you to run the next Sat. race. You just put in your speedo and reciever and a nice 19t. Now thats cheap. I have a MINI but it cost over $275 to dial in. Things are tough though.
