At this time we are hosting regionals and trying to continue the success that Dave's had in 2011. So to do this we are trying to make this race as racer friendly as possible, possibly to a fault! We are offering the race at $25 bucks first entry in case people need to purchase ROAR weekend passes, a 3 day event for $25 bucks is some of the best you can find anywhere!

If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know!

Thank you
Tri-Cities RC

Regional races usually end up with Bar type tire (Barcodes, Beams, Suburbs )
although some still like a small pin tire.
Most times our track prefers supersoft, but with it being mid July it will be between Soft and Supersoft I would assume based on temps.
For example I would say in JConcepts tires the 4WD fronts only go down to blue, so I would say there Blue all the way around would be good. In 2WD its a choice between Blue and Green, both should work. We usually run local races at night in July and August to avoid heat but quals start in the day and green has worked just fine even on hot days.

Peter this is the place to camp! Its like 20 minutes from town. Alot of people camp here, and its not bad at all. I'll be camping for sure at this race

Well the SC race is over so now you get a month of me pumping up this race .
Online signups are low but all I hear is see you at regionals so this is going to be one of those sleeper events with great turnout!

For those that were here this past weekend the back half of track was different approach and worked great, for regionals we will work on making the front half a different track this time

Would like to welcome aboard RC-Trim who contacted us to sponsor the event

Default Regionals

I am planning on coming especially after this last weekend. The event, the crew, and the track were fantastic!

Are all stock classes blinky?

Is it 10 straight to the A or bumps (8 and 2 or)?

I think I might bring my trailer this time instead of a hotel. It appeared there were no problems hooking trailers up to power. I just want to make sure this is the case.

All stock classes blinky, so that will be a change for SC from this past weekend.

8 and 2... 4 quals on Saturday only mains on Sunday so we should be able to space AAA's out enough for plenty of time.

Trailers to power a for basic lighting and power is fine or full use after racing... The issue we run into with trailers on power during race day would be if people are trying to operate AC units in trailers during racing we can get on the edge of tripping breakers and thats no fun.
But if you were just going to pit inside trailer and run power for lights and chargers that is fine like you saw this weekend (no need for AC this past weekend )
