Skagit River Raceway is proud to be hosting this annual event this year and it should be the biggest ever. 1 mile off the freeway, hotels, free camping, resturants, etc. this will be a must attend for all the short course people this summer. also, bring your dirt oval cars for some friday night fun most likely......

Yes .. a lot of planning is going into this years shootout. So much so i got some Help this year by way of Cody A and Monty C will be announcing!
Im hoping for a smooth run this year as i know Skagit uses RCScoring Pro ( i think) which is a more widely used scoring system.. has plenty of power and .. Restrooms..
There will be food/beverages on site again from the same folks who brought it to us last year .. incase you dont have time to make a food run.

yep dry camping is allowed, RV's must be self contained and have thier own power. we like to save the power outlets for the racers. if you have a portable generator you may want to bring it. we have plenty of outlets surrounding the track but if you pit away from the track you may not want alot of cords running across the driveway.....
also for those planning on coming friday before the race, we race dirt oval on friday nights. so off road practice will be closed around 5 pm on friday night so the oval guys can have the facility. but plans are still in the works so this isnt set in stone yet. also i approached the dirt oval guys about maybe doing a class that night for SC's.
and i am sure there will be saturday morning practice also. if anyone has never been to our place yet go to skagitriverraceways.com and you will find plenty of photos of the facility. see everyone there...
