I just spoke with Mike and he's confirmed Solaris 36 as the spec tire for GT-1 and GT-2 classes at Galaxy. The TCS rules file https://www.tamiyausa.com/articles/l...Rules%20V2.pdf has been updated to show this. There are a few other updates as well, so if you run TCS classes you should probably re-check this file.
I'm looking forward to running them. Donate your B3s to someone running either Spec Novice or GT Pro Spec, for which they are still the best tire at our track within the rules.

Weather Channel says that rain will end tonight, partial sun tomorrow AM, good for racing!

Here's the track layout we used today. I don't have the results file; I think Russ will post results tomorrow. The primary "result" was a lot of folks having a good time, including a healthy novice group and three guys racing Tamiya "Dancing Rider" trikes! Dave McMullen's F1 looked really nice in the main, on a track that was only medium grip by Galaxy standards, so he had a big smile on his face.

I am, I converted it to the 419xr and it was working really well. I used the same setup as at SeaTac and I had no issues with traction at Galaxy. The car had enough rotation and I was able to keep my speed up through all the corners.
