Today I went into Galaxy Hoddie & discoved they have increased there inventoy when it comes to pre-glued racing tires. Thay had some from Much More & LRP, with quite reasonable prises too. They also informed me thay will have Sweep tires soon. Oh, & some of the Sweep car bodies too.
Mike also infored me he has a bunch of Tamiya TCS stuff on the way.

The weather forecast is looking better for tomorrow with moderate temps and a chance of showers late in the day after we are all packed up and gone. Let's have some fun!

The day started cool but was up into the 80s at the end, with no threat of rain. We had 37 entries and the program moved along quickly. Many folks got their TCS rides dialed in today for next weekend's race.
I've attached the mains results and a track photo.

We had a perfect day for racing and a good TCS turnout. Big thanks to Mike and his crew! I've attached the results file.
There was close racing and good sportsmanship in all classes. For me as a spectator the highlight was Mark Tveten's great recovery drive from an early altercation with lapped traffic, and the resulting dice with Justin. They finished under a second apart (with Mark squeezing across the line for a victory lap).
Next club race is in two weeks, on August 7th.

What a great race! Some great battles with Mark T. in F1 and Mark B. in mini. Thought I had a chance to win in F1 but that's the way things turn out. In mini I thought I was not going to be close to Mark Brown but I hung in there and made it a close race. Super fun day. Yes there were ups and downs during but that's the way it goes. Thank you the crew from Galaxy Hobbies for the series and the track spaces and to all the racers who came to race. Will have to race this race again.
