Default First Step

Thank you to all who attended the meeting yesterday. Not counting myself, there were twenty-eight people in attendance. We discussed the plans as they exist now, took input from just about everyone, and toured the site.

Next up is refinement of the plan, some minor shuffling of priorities based on yesterday's meeting, and the first round of work with the city's planning department.

I have an email database started, but if you would like to be added, please email [email protected] with your name, city of residence, and your email address.

Todd M.

Where did you dig that up? I've been looking at a lot of tracks, but haven't seen that one. It is kind of cool, though.

Here's another one with elevations:

But also, even Reinhard screws it up sometimes...1:40 in. Ouch.

I've always loved that track. They have it in VRC, and thats where I was first exposed to it. There are a few other tracks that are really cool as well that are on there.

Wow...I think that was the coolest and cleanest start of a race that I have ever seen! I liked how they ALL came together and formed a single line. Very impressive!

Default Parks & Land Use Committee Meeting

An open invitation to anyone interested:

I will be presenting to the SeaTac Land Use and Parks Committees on April 27 at 3pm at the SeaTac City Hall, in the Airport Room.

Please bring an electric RC vehicle, a child if you own one, and your enthusiasm for all things SeaTac.

These steps through committee should give us the opportunity to meet every council member in a lower-stakes setting in the run-up to the full review/approval in a city council meeting. If you can make it, please confirm to the club email at [email protected].

Will make it there if at all possible!

Bummer, I can't make it due to work schedule. I will be there in spirit though.

Todd, you might want to change your post to.....bring a CLEAN electric vehicle. Putting down a smelly, dirty car may not be a good thing for the counsel members to see.

I did make it out to the original meeting but since I had to leave for it late, I then arrived even later, I decided not to enter the room and desrupt the meeting, besides it looked like you guys had it covered.
