Any indoor tracks in Portland
 

I was an avid racer a long time ago and had moved away. I have moved back to the portland area and was looking forward to teaching my son how to race and having fun with him racing.

I have been having a really hard time finding some sort of racing to do that will work thru the winter. I was a dirt guy, but I really don't care what it is. I just want a fun place to race some kind of car with my 8 year old son.

Anyone know of any?

Well at the moment there isn't any indoor racing in the Portland metro area. Just north of us in LaCenter Wa we have a world class indoor onroad carpet track (check out Timezone thread. Down south in salem is of course RC Plus another indoor carpet track. There is rumors of the reopening of Amain raceway, an indoor dirt track but at the moment nothing off road that I'm aware of. Come out and play on the rug with us its not a bad drive.
