RCSX here in Eugene would be happy to help and could probly handle the race as scheduled. We of course would have to get special permission but it's very possible. Rise is geographically convieneient but...... like Clint said, alot of other factors other than just availablity. We'd be happy to help if we can but there is the extra 2 hours south Clint mentioned. I thought I'd just throw it out as an option. I would have to clear it with the rest of our steering committee but since this is most likely our last season at our present location it would be worth pissing off the neighbors for one last Blast! Let us know if we can help.

You all need to realize its a decision for the Hosts to make, not Greg or Clint. Greg and Clint were trying to help, but seriously its up to the NCT Director which is made of the Hosts, which have the final decision on any track.
I am down for wherever, I have the time planned to race, so lets get a track going and get it on!
There is tracks down in Eugene, Walla Walla, Rise R/C, TRCR and others. I personally am down with hitting the Tri Cities track 2x this year, I mean we have a situation here, its either race or not race and if racing on the surface 2x is the answer so be it, hell we did it last Year with the Summer Rage at Lazy M and then Stav's race at Lazy M as well, just different layouts.
So, after thinking about it, I vote Tri Cities, only if Walla Walla cannot do it, sorry Tri Cities, but Walla Walla also has a kicka ass place!!! Although the after hours at Tri Cities cannot be beat
Either way, I need my fix, you can only smell nitro so much in your garage to get the adrenaline running, course chasing the dogs in my neighborhood is pretty fun with an 1/8 scale - LMAO!

If you read the first post by Tim, THIS RACE WILL NOT HAPPEN.
He is already holding a race in memory of it!

This is all to bad but when it comes down to it the NCT really just provides the rules and points. This is still tims race and he has made the decision to not have it, The NCT cannot just jump to an unknown track that has not held this size of event before. The fines brought on by this event last year prove the point of the NCT rule of having held large events like this for a couple of years before becoming an official NCT points event.

too bad something couldn't get worked out .
if you dont know if you can have a race for sure , dont take it
understandable about unforeseen but i had a sneaky feeling about this a few months ago
i say if rise rc thinks they can handle it then it should happen there.
dont think they could but you never know
