Hey guys...Merry Christmas. ..

We're going to try the Losi dots in Vancouver like the Hangar...i'm just wondering what you use to hold them in place...something I never thought of looking at before I picked up the dots. I'm assuming some velcro...or tape?

At the moment we have 3-4 small curved pieces around the inner edge. Just so the edge of the Velcro gets attached into the carpet. This keeps the dot as low as they will go. Works ok but we're currently looking at other options. Have a few prototypes. I can email you pic's if you want.

Merry Christmas to the Seattle RC Racers and all of our racing friends in the northwest!

I hope Santa dropped some speed down your chimneys last night and the little Baby Jesus in his little Baby Jesus diaper blessed your reflexes, eyesight, and concentration. We've got the second half of the season right in front of us and a whole bunch more racing to come!

Sat, no kidding. Should be another packed house. The new lay out looks sharp. I understood that Jake was going to take a over-view lay picture diagram of the track, on that drawing have a mark that says "this corner lives here" and have these drawings pasted on each corner so everyone who handles one will know exactly how to build the track. Brilliant!

The highlight was listening to Kody and Jeff debate 1.0 or 1.5 car widths of a line through the chicane in front. These guys are meticulous! Well.... and making Jeff refurbish dots that he loves so much!

This Sat is the kick off to silly season for those going to Victoria. Then comes a full day in the gym for ECC, wow!

See everyone soon.

Thumbs up

Thanks Brian. Yeah, everything but the 10 foot lengths of pipe have a label on them showing exactly where they go in map form. I only wish the labels I had were bigger and stood out more. Maybe need just a little bit of color so it's easier to notice ? Should work pretty well anyway :-).

P.s. thanks to Alex for the CAD drawing of Kody's layout !

Jake D.
