Is there a spec size 1s battery that can be used like vta is 5000mha? I am starting to look now for them. Is there a post on motor building like the fantom or the Novak build a motor link?

Yes Sir, last time I checked dad retired this year, and seems to want to spend retirement playing with toy cars. We have been talking about coming out to the hanger this year. Do you guys still race minis? and it seems that everyone has switched to 21.5s does anyone still run silvercans, or should we just expect to upgrade... thanks for remembering me Todd.

Scale Spec is 21.5 for the summer clubs, but I'd be surprised if we don't go back to 25.5/Silver Can for the rug. Silver can's are totally on-pace against the stock-timing 25.5 motor.

I would like to see the 25.5 motor rules opened up to see any 25.5 motor brand in Spec.

I believe the thought of a spec brand of motor was at the time it was pretty much the only one available and it prevents the motor of the week wars keeping costs down for what is suppose to be a budget class.

Silvercan and 25.5 are recommended ...probably because the next usual step from novice is more than likely SS...

PRE-SEASON meeting is on the 29th and I believe the class rules will be finalized...
