Does anyone have a set of Associated 1/12 servo mounts like what the 12R5 uses. They need to be those exact parts unfortunately.

Sean,

How long would it take you guys to get that in and another package of the 12R5.1 lipo standoffs. I think it was part 4699 from associated.

Thanks

Steve

The H30 dot corner is one of my favorites of the course. You can place the car right next to the dots or run up on them just slightly. Dots at the end of 180 does not really work, those are just launch targets. At least they are for us on this side of the pond.

Ritchie, you retired? I didn't get the memo.
Pretty much, sold both TC's and have ran once at TRCR and once at FW since the sizzler.

And yea it was the high speed dots of which I spoke. The bigger better drivers stand helps with the view.

Thanks, Todd. I was having a decent Main until my shoddy solder job came back to bite me. Lost a lead off the motor and just like that I got my first DNF. The car is coming around (thanks to Bill and Rob's advice) about as fast as my driving is, so hopefully be the end of the year I'll be running consistently (and clean) in the midfield.

Just returned home from the pan car clinic. Had to leave early for baby duty.

Thanks Brian for the nice printout and talk!

See y'all Wednesday.

Cool shots Ben! I especially like the shot around the dots.

Sam; Edmonds via Shoreline = no big deal. If we're rolling in the Fit, no worries, it doesn't use gas. If I have the Astro, I will make you peddle. The Porsche, we can go find trouble.

FYI for my H30 homies....I just posted up my Xray T3 2011 in the For Sale thread. A special bonus if one of my Hangar 30 brethren buy's it I'll include a 17.5 motor

Thanks for the pan car thoughts, Brian. I always get a lot out of the class, and I know the others do as well. I'll be going back through my car and my thoughts and applying the lessons.

Cody: Points go through the entire field, from the top of the A to the bottom of the lowest main. TQ gets one additional point. There are two separate points series for Wednesdays and weekends. Two drops for Wednesdays, and one drop for weekends. Bill Swadener of Comp Committee fame is in charge.

Default ESC Recommendation

Does anyone have a recommendation for a new ESC? I'm in scale spec running a silver can, and I've been fighting the Duratrax unit that came with my (used) TC5. I'm looking for something with good flexibility for brake set-up. New, used, I don't mind as long as I can get my brakes dialed-in.

Alternately, I suppose my transmitter could be replaced. I'm running an old Futaba Magnum 2PL AM model.

Any suggestions?

How awesome would it be to start a NW series? Diff build, shocks and what not... Kody gave me one via text yesterday.. It's nice how someone can yell at you texting..
