Default Oh Lordy no timing! It's an Obama conspiracy!

check it out, timezone carpet nats classes have been announced. yea baby. "Turtle in da house"
I'm looking forward to a non timing lineup in sedan, and I'm glad there is the option for 1/12 as well. I plan on running all of the non timed classes myself, I think I've finally convinced myself to race instead of tech the race.

Wow.
Kyle,

My Ritchie decoder says this was sarcasm and was meant as a joke.

It says, and I quote;

"Even as a new racer you would find this big time local race a genuine good time and the experience of this race will help your on road racing by leaps and bounds. You'll have nothing but mind blowing excitement and learning during the week of the Carpet Nationals."

I decoded it as a possible "TM sponsership" and pit spot...

Probably only 1 bed though... it would be worth it! I may put out a request to some friends/family for a room/gargage/barn/camper for the weekend. I am going to try and put a price together and see if I can swing it. It for me will more likely be a once in a lifetime shot at a race of this proportion.. trying to convince the wife it's magnitude is a whole different story...

Maybe, just maybe....

Default CRC King Pin Recall!

Guys,
CRC has released a king pin recall. CRC is trying to handle this in cost effective manor and has asked for some Team help. They wish to gather up king pin stock in our area and ship them back in one package. I will handle this. I will be at H30 this Wed. By the end of the evening, if you want your king pins returned, leave them with me and I will take care of the exchange. You can also look at this CRC link for more info on identifying the suspect pins.

The minimum weight rules for Stock Touring and Open Touring have been updated to 1380g. The club's website reflects this change: http://seattlercracers.com/specsrules/

The change is effective immediately.

Thank you to the Comp Committee for the quick turnaround on this subject.
