Dress warm. Gonna be chilli! That's what we should do; bring a crock pot of chili and some hot chocolate with a little peppermint schnapps on the side.
Unless it warms up and melts off a little I'm not hardcore enough to brave the cold on Wednesday. I'll have to catch you guys next time, hope nobody dies of exposure

It's officially "eff this" cold.

I wouldn't blame El Jefe for calling the race off due to weather and potential low turnout....but if it's on, I'm IN!

Had friends taking up to 4 hrs commuting from downtown to west Seattle last night.

Unless the hangar roof caves in from the snow load, we'll race. And even then, if it's just the south end, we'll race.

We raced last year in December when it was under 20deg. It was fun. We'll put the the air compressor in the storage room, and I'll fire up the heat blower for race central and also get a warming hut going for the on deck racers.

And anyway, it's going to settle down the next couple of days. Yesterday was the big one.

Race on

FFS! It took me 6 hrs 45 min to get home yesterday, so I had a lot of time to observe the frozen satire. My assessment: buses and trucks are the Milli Vanilli of snow travel.

I'll most likely be there. Most of the roads around me are clear. The neighborhoods are still covered but I'm doing my best to turn the ESP off and churn up the snow every time I drive in and out

I'll bring everyone's equipment back, along with all the stuff the people inquired about buying.

Hey Pete, Which Lipos do you have left? Possibly looking at the 1s and 2s 50c's. Alvin

The roads are clearing up, went for a drive on I-5 and West Seattle FWY. No problem. I'll be there tomorrow, but I won't be going by BUS !
