If anybody could make a recommendation, I would be grateful.

PS. For the spring equation, figure no sway bars, as my TC5 chassis has none. I know sway bars would be beneficial but I don’t think I’m going to plow the money into them because my evil plan involves running the TC5 only for a short period in Stock Touring. After I’m able to get new model chassis going (it'll have sway bars already), I’ll run that in Stock Touring and switch the TC5 it to Scale Spec (hoping my kids will take an interest). If anybody has an old used set of TC5 front / rear sway bars and associated hardware, I’d be willing to pay a fair price but at full retail, I think I’ll just go without sway bars for now.
copper springs (25 pounds) for the front
red springs (22 pounds) for the rear
This should get you close

for springs i would go with i think its blue in the front and silvers in the rear. but at least run the 1.25 sway bars i think they are the black ones.

OK. Thank you. I don't have any red or blue springs but do have two pair of the copper ones. So, I put them on both front and rear. To soften the rear a little, as the recommendations suggest the rear should be a little softer, I moved the rear shocks to the inside lower mount. We'll see how it drives on Wednesday.

Thank you again.

Default Springs

Hi Bill, I have some Associated springs in the rates that you need, look for me on Wednesday and I'll get them to you. Alvin

Default SXX V2 Boost

I need to correct myself about something I posted earlier...

I just found out that boost profiles 8-10 on the V2 are the same as the most popular profiles in the Stock Spec speedo. So its good to go for spec boosted racing as well.

I'm interested in switching sedan chassis. So now up for sale is my Tamiya 416x. This car only has one race on it and is in perfect condition. The chassis/topdeck have been sealed with CA. I have about $150-200 worth of spares.

I'm looking to get $450 for the rolling chassis, all my spares, SpeedPassion 6.5t or 13.5t motor (you choose), and a mazda 6 body. I will always consider offers as well. Please PM me if interested or email me at [email protected]. Thanks!
