Tekin software version 208 is no longer roar legal. Roar deemed that it didn't fit within the sprit of sportsman racing so tekin asked that it be pulled from the approved list while they developed a even faster 212 version for sportsman racing
I'm just reader of what gets posted.

I'm not trying to sell a particular product, Drew, but I will submit this: the SXX v.2 is actually a great speedo for all of our pan car racing at Hangar 30. It has a Sportsman mode for Stock. If and when we add a second 1/12th class it will be Modified. The SXX v.2 would be great for that. And, as you note, it has the single plug convenience you seek.
The SXX v.2 absolutely has timing ramp profiles that will speed up a spec motor. Will they be the most aggressive profiles? No. But does that matter? You be the judge. I've been watching you race a long time. You're very handy with the little cars, and I know they are not easy to drive. Maybe you could get the most out of the most aggressive timing profiles. When and where you have occasion to use them.
Last, I will tell a little story on myself. To my chagrin and annoyance, our last club meeting offered clarity on my racing abilities. Peter Robinson, in his first night of racing 1/12th at H30, laid down a faster qual than I ever have, including last season on the same layout with a boosted car. I am thinking hard on the subject and coming to the realization that feeling the boost is not the same as using the boost. There are other realizations, but they do not constitute polite discourse.
I very much look forward to your laying a 1/12th on the track. Get it built already
