Up, now.
Track records continue to fall. Some by slivers, but see Peter Robinson's new mark in Stock 1/12th. A full lap up on Bodine's previous best. But, Bodine answered with a narrow besting of DuTemple's fastest in WGT. And for clarity, the track records are always taken from the fastest qualifier in an official race.

Ok, I cut a quick video, stayed up uber late... so feel free to criticize it for the better as I hopefully can alter it tonight.
So, check this out and give any feedback via pm. This cold has me knickered, so I can't tell up from down... your opinions are appreciated, good or bad.
btw, music supplied by Bill, Greg, if I have a chance I'll try cut something with yours tonight.
P.s. Great camera work by Ritchie and Brian too.

It kills me to leave before the mains guys. Sorry!
My wife drove us to work today. I slept in the car and was dreaming about which 1/12 foams to try next. Seriously.

The video looks good. I've got a GoPro HD camera that we could attach to a Spec Sedan or something along those lines at some point if somebody wants to try to add a lap around the track to a future video.
Also, are you still looking for some decent stills of the Hanger Todd? I could bring a little bit of camera gear to the last Wednesday and/or Sunday races later this month if you'd like.
On the topic of Spec Sedans, I've got the SpeedPassion Cirtix Club ESC and am anxiously awaiting news of if you guys got it working with the Novak 25.5 motor. Any luck? Is this an isolated case of incompatibility? I haven't had a chance to sift through the VTA or SpeedPassion threads to research it yet. I think that's my next move after finally getting the 1/12th scale on track (though it does seem kind of backwards

Can someone Pm to let me know answers to a few noob questions?
Here are my questions.
to race trans am, what would i need? I normally race off road so most i would need is a car and receiver.
do you guys run 64 pitch gears in yoru cars? last i remember ( waaaaay back when i used to run banked paved oval) thats what was run.
what would be the best class to keep racing low cost?
what type fo chassis would you recommend for the spec class?
