I will be starting at 1.78"-1.68" with prism wheels...if I was running CRC fronts the front size would be 1.73" since the wheels are .05" bigger...

Great racing program, turn out was better than what I remember most two day races being a few years ago when I went back to school.

See you guys at the next one, hopefully with my new 12th scale Lipo and brushless make a race day painless and enjoyable... therefore I need to be running a second class to bring some of the stress back.

Great racing w/you today, Peter! You were dialed all day. That was a pretty damn fast lineup in Mod
The H30 crew put on a nice event today--zipped right along with no hitches.
Thanks Todd. And thanks to Marc C and Trav for being my sponsors today!
We gotta keep Kenny upright next time!
See ya all soon.

I am going to take a crude guess that there were 65 entries. It was certainly a day full. That mic didn't rest a minute! Congrats on the win Mike in WGT, that was tougher then Vegas! The 10.5 feels good in wgt w/o boost. 13.5 w/o boost in 12th feels pretty sleepy, but if everyone is on board and more drivers get into 12th, it will be the right move. I saw several 12th drivers struggle today. That is going to be an instant turn off. Good news is, I think that I have stumbled onto something that may make everyone's 12th experience at the Hanger more enjoyable through a very specific chassis set up and tire combo. I will go over it at the Pan Car Clinic this Wed. Unfortunately, the Hanger is not a cookie cutter track that you can through down on and expect to work with other track's set ups. It will take a couple of outings to get to get dialed in.

Brian

Default Great Race Day!

I'm wiped, so this will be short and sweet.

Thank you to all who turned out for the Indian Summer Indoor. We had full fields in all classes, with many new faces, and a lot of intense competition. Having so many people show for the program, and seeing them have fun, makes it worth the effort.

Our club racing program is on a solid foundation, and we should feel confident about the future. And it is OUR program. So many contribute to make it what it is. No one person deserves all the credit, and all of us should be proud of our part in it.

Thank you again for showing up, racing hard, and having a great time.

When you say sleepy are you saying pep off the line? Would changing the timing value help to make up for that a little?

The problem at least for myself is that the car has to se neutered setup-wise to get it to last 8 minutes. This takes away some of the peppyness of the car in general because you cannot attack the corners. The corners become more free flowing and there is no zip. Brian has one tire combo worked out and has another interesting setup idea that may allow us to put the attack back into the car which will help the overall peppyness.
